ENGINEERING Surfaces That Perform. EVERY TIME.
From hairline cracks in precast panels to moisture seepage in AAC block walls — FTR Solutions develops application-driven surface systems engineered to solve real construction problems at the material level, not left to chance on site.
Construction Today Faces
Real Problems
Modern construction methods have introduced a new class of surface and structural challenges that traditional materials were never designed to solve.
Thermal movement, differential settlement, and shrinkage cause cracks that compromise surface integrity. Rigid plasters crack under stress — elastomeric systems flex and bridge.
Moisture infiltration through pores, joints, and micro-voids is the leading cause of long-term building damage. Prevention must happen at the membrane level.
Delamination, bubbling, and paint peel-off are symptoms of poor substrate compatibility. When plaster and base material don't bond, the surface fails.
AAC blocks, RCC surfaces, and precast panels all have different porosity. Generic bonding agents underperform. Engineered polymerised mortars deliver real adhesion.
Exposed steel corrodes rapidly in India's humid conditions. Corrosion expands rebar volume, cracking concrete from within. Early passivation with an anti-corrosion primer is essential.
Traditional site materials were not engineered for precast joints, AAC interfaces, or the movement that Mivan structures experience. Our systems bring material science to the site.
Four Purpose-Built Systems.
One Goal.
Every FTR system has been developed with a deep understanding of Indian construction practices, substrate behaviour, and climatic variability.
A next-generation flexible plaster engineered to bridge cracks, resist moisture, and create a paint-ready surface that lasts. Incorporates elastomeric polymer technology that flexes with substrate movement.
A high-performance bonding mortar for AAC block laying and tile installation. Polymer modification creates chemical bond with the substrate — stronger, more flexible, and more moisture resistant.
A two-component system combining deep-penetrating sealer (NoSeep-1) and a nylon mesh-reinforced elastomeric membrane (NoSeep-2). Designed for terraces, podiums, and exterior walls.
An advanced anti-corrosion coating for steel reinforcement. Fast-drying, high-adhesion, formulated to passivate rust and prevent re-oxidation — especially critical in coastal and humid environments.
Performance Engineered for Indian Conditions
Engineered to perform at 45°C+, 90%+ monsoon humidity, and the thermal cycling that causes most surface failures in India.
Tested and proven on precast, AAC, RCC, masonry, and gypsum board — not one substrate type, but all of them.
Performance is built into the material, not dependent on perfect execution. Real-world sites get real-world results.
Systems designed to outlast the building's maintenance cycle. Not just first-year performance — decade-long durability.
On a construction site, workmanship varies. Ambient conditions vary. Substrate preparation is rarely perfect. A material that only works under ideal conditions is not a solution — it's a liability. FTR products are engineered to deliver consistent, predictable performance across the full range of real-world site conditions.
Built for Every Construction Type
Modern construction uses diverse methods — each with its own surface engineering challenges. FTR has targeted solutions for all four dominant modern construction types in India.
Panel joint sealing, surface levelling, tie-rod treatment, and waterproofing for precast concrete structures.
Complete system from block laying mortar through elastomeric base coat to smooth, paint-ready finish coat.
Tie-rod treatment, pinhole repair, honeycombing fill, and crack-bridging for aluminium formwork RCC structures.
Elastomeric joint treatment, surface levelling, and moisture-resistant finishing for gypsum board systems.
