Built to Fill a Gap the Market Refused to Address
FTR Solutions was established in response to a problem that every construction professional recognises but few address at the source: the persistent gap between what traditional construction materials promise and what they actually deliver on site.
As construction methods modernised — precast concrete panels replacing wet construction, AAC blocks displacing traditional brick, Mivan shuttering creating monolithic RCC structures — the surfaces these methods produced demanded materials that simply didn't exist in the mainstream market.
We built them.
Our team combines expertise in polymer chemistry, civil engineering, and field application to develop systems that work where it matters: on the building, in Indian conditions, under real construction pressures.
When modern construction methods outpaced available materials, most suppliers offered older products with new labels. FTR started from the problem — and formulated backwards.
